Five ways I have Human Capital:
1) Time management: I always plan ahead when it comes to assignments or events.

2) Organizational skills: I’m a very organized person and like to have all of my things organized.

3) Communication: This is one of my best qualities. I am great at communicating with others about how I’m feeling.

4) Problem solver: Whenever there is a problem I am already thinking of possible solutions.

5) Relatable: I’m usually the person thinking about things in another person perspective.

Interviews:

1)This first person I interviewed pointed out that I’m bilingual and culturally aware.

2) The next person I interviewed told me that the way I act is very confident in everything I do. She said that this makes me stand out when talking to people.

3) This interview talked about how I am very school disciplined and career oriented. They said that I also focus a lot on my school work and am determined to find internships to get a head start in the career world.

4) This person is in a club with me and they said they noticed my leadership skills when working with a group. This is because I am always the person helping everyone and organizing what we have to do for the assignments.

5) My last interview was with one of my closest friends and she told me that she thinks my best skill is my patience. This because I always help her with her assignments and am very patient when explaining new topics.

Reflection:

I think I view my self very similar to how my close friends see me. I am a very organized time management person when it comes to the way of life. Especially school as one of my friends pointed out to me. I think that all of the interviews were pretty accurate describing my qualities.

  1. Hi Jessi!
I am impressed with how organized you made this post. I think it's great that you and your friends see yourself similarly. I can relate to a few of the ways you have human capital. I too feel like I am a problem solver because I am always thinking of ways I can solve mine and others problems. I also feel like I try to put myself in others shoes.
