Five ways I have Human Capital: 1) Time management: I always plan ahead when it comes to assignments or events. 2) Organizational skills: I’m a very organized person and like to have all of my things organized. 3) Communication: This is one of my best qualities. I am great at communicating with others about how I’m feeling. 4) Problem solver: Whenever there is a problem I am already thinking of possible solutions. 5) Relatable : I’m usually the person thinking about things in another person perspective. Interviews: 1) This first person I interviewed pointed out that I’m bilingual and culturally aware. 2) The next person I interviewed told me that the way I act is very confident in everything I do.
